On July 16, 2022, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation met and voted to approve the list of Board of Directors for the term of 2022-2027 including 07 members and the Supervisory Board for the term of 2022-2027 including 03 members.
Immediately after the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of the new term met and agreed to elect Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Mai Thi Thuy Mai as the Head of the Supervisory Board.
