On May 31st, 2008, the Board of Directors of Sao Bac Dau Technology Joint Stock Company (SBD Corp) met and agreed to contribute capital to establish Intelligent Digital Joint Stock Company SDT)
Of which SBD Corp contributed 900,000,000 VND (nine hundred million) equivalent to 15% of charter capital of SDT Joint Stock Company and appointed Mr. Tran Anh Tuan to represent SBD Corp's share capital in SDT Joint Stock Company.
