On October 11, 2020, hosted by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Industry Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (CNS) cooperated with the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City to hold the Conference on introducing products and the ecosystem of the information technology industry - Saigon Industry Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (CNS) - Launching Ceremony of Security Operations Center (SOC) under the Project to turn Ho Chi Minh City into a smart city. Ho Chi Minh City Security Operations Center (SOC) is one of the four pillars of the project to build smart area of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City Security Operations Center is operated with two basic and important tasks: Performing political tasks on ensuring information security and responding to technical infrastructure of departments, branches, districts, 100% state-owned enterprises directly under the City People's Committee and units of the city's political system; followed by businesses and organizations in the city and then domestic and international expansion.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Thanh Liem, a Member of the Standing Party Committee of City, Standing Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee highly appreciated the organization of the Conference, especially the launch of the Security Operations Center of Ho Chi Minh City, marking a new turning point of the city in the implementation of the project to build Ho Chi Minh City into a smart city in the period of 2017 - 2020 and vision to 2025.

Also at the Program, as a technology partner of SOC, Sao Bac Dau addressed its statement on "Improving cyber information security in the digital age" presented by Mr. Vo Duy Khang - Technical Director of Sao Bac Dau Technology Service Joint Stock Company. Mr. Khang said that: In addition to promoting the application and development of information technology, at the same time, safety and security must be paralleled; This is an essential issue because the society has entered cyberspace with the digital revolution, in which there are always many challenges of safety and security.
