Resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and election of the new Chairman of the Board of Directors

On July 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation (SBD Corp.) approved the decision on voluntary resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mr. Tran Anh Tuan at SBD Corp. and elected Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang to act as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
