Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation: Not staying out of the general trend, we ourselves also have to change to keep up with the digital transformation trend of Vietnam and the world.
Previously, we focused on providing infrastructure solutions, currently, we move to provide a full suite of digital transformation solutions for different industries. Accordingly, we go from understanding our customers better, understanding each business difficulty, their development orientation to serve better.
Of course, Sao Bac Dau itself shall do it, we have to combine specialists, member units and partners in the ecosystem to improve services for each vertical sector, which is considered as a strength for many target customers in the market.
So what are the key development goals of the market and solutions for the 25-year milestone?
The key market strengths of Sao Bac Dau are Government, Banking, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Logistics...
In parallel, recently, we have also focused on the new market as agriculture when our country is developing strongly in this field. We also aim at digital agriculture, together with farmers, to create positive values for the community and society.
In addition to large customers, we also focus on providing services to small and medium enterprises for long-term stability when the market is highly competitive.
Regarding the market change, how do you assess the situation of Vietnamese enterprises before the pandemic crisis? Does Sao Bac Dau have any solutions to help enterprises to overcome this crisis?
It is not because of COVID-19 that we change when digital transformation is the trend and Sao Bac Dau didn’t stay out of this game.
In order to give strength for the positive digital transformation process, we also focus on optimal solutions, to help enterprises at any small scale use the service at a reasonable cost.

In 2020 - 2021, despite suffering many difficulties from the impact of the epidemic, with great effort and determination, Sao Bac Dau is still one of the enterprises which has good growth rate with stable and guaranteed revenue and assure of 100% income for the employees.
Additionally, the core point is the change and adaptation of the whole team when the information technology industry always needs innovation to adapt and integrate sustainably.
